Aleshia Kurz

Veterinary Technician

Aleshia Kurz is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Veterinary Technician, who has been serving the North Vancouver community with MainStreet Animal Hospital since 2017. Aleshia is highly trained in the field, having completed a rigorous 3-year online program in Animal Health Technology. Her passion for animal health care and commitment to her profession is deeply rooted, tracing back to her very first job at a veterinary clinic at the tender age of 13. This early exposure solidified her aspiration to work in veterinary medicine, a dream she's turned into a reality at Main Street Animal Hospital.

While working on cases at Main Street Animal Hospital, Aleshia is particularly interested in veterinary surgery, radiology, and blood lab work. Her expertise and fervor in learning about these areas help to ensure our patients receive the highest quality care. Aleshia also stays actively involved with the British Columbia Veterinary Technologists Association, where she advocates for professional animal healthcare standards.

While Aleshia does not currently have any pets of her own, she shares a special bond with Sufi, the office's beloved feline boss. Sufi, seemingly recognizing Aleshia's innate affinity for animals, has chosen her as her person.

As a key member of the Main Street Animal Hospital team, Aleshia embodies our mission to provide outstanding veterinary services in North Vancouver. Her enduring passion for animal healthcare continues to make a significant impact on the lives of our clients and their pets.
